Pay public parking fees through WhatsApp or an SMS

You can pay your public parking fees with complete ease from anywhere and at any time simply by sending a WhatsApp message or an SMS to 7275.


Parking Payment for Tourists

Tourists with an international mobile number can easily pay the parking fees using the "guest" mode on the RTA Dubai app without the need to enter their mobile number. Payments through international payment cards are also applicable.

Note: The below details explain how we create an SMS for paying public parking fees for private vehicles, non-private and registered vehicles as well as motorbikes:

Important Notes:

  • You will receive a confirmation message including virtual ticket details. (as per the used channel)
  • You will receive a reminder message before the ticket expires.
  • For an extra hour extension, please follow the details stated in reminder message (you must send an extension message before ticket time expires).
  • For Arabic SMS, start the text with the letter ‘A’ and add a space.
  • Each SMS will cost 30 fils.
  • All terms and conditions listed in the RTA website are applied.
